My first visit to Zagursky's was in 1978. Draft beer was 0.35. It has been more than 20 years since I moved away. I'm glad to see that Z's is doing well. No food for me tonight.
Great neighborhood bar. Lots of TV's showing sports. Both bar and table seating. Plenty of parking. Friendly bartender and good bar food. Had really good cheeseburgers and a basket of perfectly cooked and seasoned fries. Cash only, they have an ATM.
Best Kielbasa around but only on Thursday. Other than that, Bar pizza very good and try the chicken wings . Burgers are excellent all around a great place great food.

Great old time neighborhood bar. Plenty of screens to watch sports, friendly bartender and great bar food. Had a BLT that was actually memorable and the chef did not skimp on the bacon. Will go back for sure!
This is a nondescript bar that has a restaurant to the right and a bar area to the left. They accommodated a large group for me last minute and did so pleasantly friendly and warmly. We were coming from a show nearby and we don't live in the area so I stopped in after reading reviews. After speaking with the owners they offered to do bar pies sliders and beers for the group. The small room to the right was perfect for our group of 35 the waitstaff was professional and helpful. Everyone had a great time and I felt like we were in someone's home. I highly recommend this bar if you're looking for something supercasual and reasonably priced in Whippany.
I stumbled upon this place on Google and was very satisfied with the experience. I love little dive bars where you feel like you're family as soon as you walk in the place. The bartender (pretty sure her name was Amanda - bad with names, sorry!) was very friendly and attentive. The owner was there, as well, and greeted me immediately and took the time to get to know me a little. I got a grilled cheese, which was extra cheesy 3, and a couple beers and shots. Didn't break the bank, which is always a plus. I don't live super close to this bar, but I can definitely see myself returning in the future!
Very good. Very reasonably priced. Cash only. Best BLT I’ve had in a long time. Nothing much to it, but everything was fresh, the bacon was plentiful and cooked perfectly, just the right amount of mayo and on perfectly toasted rye. Service was good. Just right for a quick lunch.
